The location of the hotel is great, as it is near a train station, local shops and restaurants. the hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, washing machines, and cooking facilities. Some rooms have large sofas and provide very private stays.

The hotel's digital check-in process seems challenging, even for tech-savvy customers.

Perfect for our romantic escape! The room was huge and very comfortable with excellent amenities, including a washing machine, cooking facilities, and plenty of sockets. the location was spot on, just a short walk away from the train station, market, and onsens, making it extremely convenient for exploring the town. We especially enjoyed having a spacious and modern bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The check-in process was a bit complicated and took a while to complete, as we had to figure things out by ourselves and contact the staff for the Wi-Fi password. Although the staff was very responsive and helpful, the small issues regarding cleanliness and lighting let the experience down slightly.

I loved my stay at Grand Base Beppu Ekimae! The room was exactly as pictured, with excellent facilities and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and a big supermarket. The bathtub was a highlight, and I enjoyed cooking my own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel.
